Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy
  • Oversee the management of existing and new relationships with partners and clients
  • Personally build relationships that result in support for existing and new programs
  • Proactively work to retain existing business and reactivate partners
  • Prepare business plans for the targeted region on a quarterly basis
  • Provide supervision and guidance for business development team
  • Provide reporting regarding the overall performance of individuals and the department
  • Ensure team members meet targets and objectives consistently
  • Document business development activities
  • Contributing to overall organisational strategies and representing the priorities of the development function
  • Participate in promoting an organisational culture that values long-term strategic thinking, creativity/innovation, and high performance
  • Stay up to date with financial market events, news and developments
  • Represent the company accordingly at conferences, meetings and events etc. as required 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or any other relevant field
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in the construction industry, including demonstrated success in business to business sales, forging strategic partnerships that have resulted in significant increases in earned income
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organisation passionately to potential partners
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Sound knowledge of construction industry and market trends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and target orientated individual
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to travel is a must

Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and suggest solutions based on their needs
  • Perform market research and analysis
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the market
  • Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
  • Analyse sales strategies using marketing automation tools
  • Analyse feedback and create ways to better relations/communication with clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development or account management of at least 3 years in a similar role
  •  Strong passion for sales with an ambition to succeed
  • Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and in another language like Russian/ Arabic/Chinese both verbal and written
  • A proven track record in sales of real estate market
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal + written), customer engagement and interpersonal skills and able to provide an excellent sales experience
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Able to work on his/her own initiative
  • Computer literate

Property Rental Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and promotion of short-term rentals via platforms like Airbnb and booking.com
    Keeping track of all bookings, guests’ arrivals, and special requirements
  • Maximizing property revenue and occupancy rates with-up selling techniques
  • To know the different property categories, accommodation rates and services/guest activities that we offer
  • Responsible for executing the business’s marketing plan
  • To promote and advertise the Company’s product actively in new markets
  • To be an ambassador for the company, by attending local and overseas exhibitions, if required
  • Taking photos of new and existing properties under management
  • Update the Company’s website and portals content with photos/contents on a timely basis
  • Anticipate and handle any guest complaints, special requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines 24/7
  • Preparing contracts
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records of all necessary information eg company’s revenue, reviews, bookings, preparation of monthly statements and reporting to CFO
  • Supervising and coordinating work of all departments, repair and maintenance works, sales and marketing, accounting & finance; work closely with department heads on a daily basis
  • Ensure full compliance to operating controls, policies and service standards

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry will be considered as advantage
  • Strong passion for work with an ambition to succeed
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal + written), customer engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine desire to learn and develop
  • Ability to lead a team, introduce, evaluate and implement innovative practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities
  • Able to work on his/her own initiative
